Mission Statement: Worcester United is dedicated to supporting public education. Through advocacy and collaborative efforts, we strive to break down systemic barriers, fostering an inclusive environment that empowers every learner. Our vision is a society where all students, regardless of background, have access to a quality education, creating a foundation for a more just and prosperous future.
Goals:
1. Support candidates for local political offices (Board of Education and County Commissioners, etc.) that strive to embody values that are in line with our mission statement.
2. Advocate for all students in Worcester County to have equitable access to high quality education.
3. Support the federal and state standards for book adoption and retention process to ensure reading material are reflective of all Worcester County Students.
